FLY ACADEMY: YOUTH FITNESS

The FLY Academy consists of after school/weekend classes, summer academy, and days of play when school is not in session. Our programs are designed to promote physical fitness, build strength, improve coordination, boost overall well-being and confidence. If your child is a student athlete this program would be a great fit to continue skill building.

Days of Play: When school is not in session, we are here for you. We  start our day with a workout and then head out into our city for a day of adventure and exploration. 


FLY ACADEMY: SUMMER CAMP

Our summer program is for children (age: 8-13  years old) and incorporates holistic wellness activities. We will spend time learning fun ways to strengthen our minds, body, and community.

Our summer academy consists of daily visits to DPR pool/spray parks, gardening, general sports and recreation, TECH at DC Public Libraries, and weekly trips to local gems like the US Arboretum.

Summer academy runs from 6/24-8/2.
